Galvanized Chain Link Fence
We provide galvanized diamond wire mesh or PVC coated diamond wire mesh, mainly for fencing use.
Material: Low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, aluminum alloy wire.
Weaving: Woven diamond pattern provides strong, durable and flexible construction. The closely spaced diamond mesh construction gives your fence linear strength and springy texture to protect horses from injury and prevent predators from entering paddocks and pastures.
Uses: Diamond mesh is used as fencing for sports field, river banks, construction and residence, also animal fencing.
Benefits: Low carbon steel diamond mesh has a heavy galvanized coating to ensure a long life.
The Diamond Mesh wire construction is:
- strong;
- safe and flexible;
- does not break;
- does not sag or roll up at the bottom.
Black Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fence | Our black vinyl (pvc) coated chain link fence consists of domestic, 9 guage, galvanized steel chain link rather than a much lower quality commpressed, and imported black wire mesh, which is commonly seen here in Georgia. What is the difference? Our 9 guage is over 3x the strenght and weight of the compressed 11.5 chain link fencing. Our 9 guage has an actual vinyl coating with a vinyl/rubber feel where as the compressed 11.5 guage has plastic feel without a true vinyl coating. Our residential black vinyl/pvc coated chain link fences have both a top rail and a bottom "tension wire" with posts set on 8 foot centers. Terminal posts are posts with a larger diameter, set at each end or turn and on both sides of a gates. At each terminal post, the chain link stops and is attached to the post with tension bands and tension straps. All terminal posts are set in belled holes with pre-mixed concrete and quick-rok™. This means that the base of the post holes are wider than the top and the concrete much stronger (over 3x the psi of regular concrete) and faster to cure. As is with all fences installed by Production FenceWorks, the fence comes with our lifetime installtion warranty!
